Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Buy Best Accessories, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully happy with your order, you can request an exchange or a refund within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Exchange
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a free exchange for the same or an alternative product, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method or, for Cash on Delivery orders, via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa.
Non-Returnable Situations
Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
Change-of-mind requests made after the 7-day window.
Warranty
All applicable products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us for warranty claims.
